From herein, the term "Services" will be defined as any and all features and products available though, or relating to, this website. From herein, the term "Member" will be defined as person or company that has had, or still has, a subscription or account to these services. From herein, the term "Admin" will refer to the owners and operators, agents and employees, of these services. From herein, the term "Visitor" will refer to all other persons or computers accessing or attempting to access any portion of these Services, who is not defined as an Admin or Member above. Completing payment and/or accepting PayPal subscription terms constitutes acceptance to any and all terms of service related to this website and it's Services. Furthermore gaining access by means of entering your usename and password also constitute acceptance. Acceptable Use: Members and Visitors agree to not post any information that is discriminatory or fraudulent, and agree to abide by all laws that may be applicable. Members and Visitors agree to not engage in any undesirable behavior that is considered rude, hurtful or offensive to other Members, Visitors or Admin. Determining what constitutes this undesirable behavior will be at the sole discretion of Admin. Members and Visitors agree to not engage in any unlawful or otherwise prohibited action on, with, in conjunction or in any way related to our Services. Members and Visitors agree that they have read and agree to any 3rd party websites condition of use and/or terms of service to which our Services may be linked to, or that which may link to our Services. Members agree to ensure the appropriate funds are available and accessible through an active PayPal subscription. Members and Visitors agree to settle all financial disputes, except where outlined elsewhere in these terms, solely through the payment processor that accepted the funds in question. Members agree to not place an unjust "Unauthorized Claim" for any period where you have an active subscription. Members also agree to pay all related fees, including but not limited to, compensation for time spent acknowledging and resolving the claims, and any fees relating to chargeback's or held funds placed, be they directly or indirectly related. These amounts are to be determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Admin. Members and Visitors agree to inform admin by any means necessary of any and all bugs or problems found on any page or in any feature when they use the Services. Members and Visitors agree to hold harmless Admin and anyone acting in an Admin capacity from any legal action, and absolve Admin from any legal responsibilities, regardless of claim. Members and Visitors agree that they are responsible for, and have the rights to, any content imported or published, be it automatically retrieved on their behalf by our system, or by themselves, or an appointed other party. Warrantee and refunds: As many different circumstances with integrated Services such as this can occur, Admin makes no claim to have 100% operability in all environments and makes no guarantee that the Services will operate in a timely and error free manner at any specific moment or any specific scenario. Admin does guarantee to make their best effort to correct any errors in a timely manner. Admin will only authorize a refund in the event the service becomes unavailable for extended periods to where it is unavailable for half the time of the current subscription or more. Any and all refunds are assessed and given at the sole discretion of the Admin. These terms and conditions may be update or revised at any time, without notice.
